IBF/WBA/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (56-3, 49 KO’s) takes on Jean Marc Mormeck (36-4, 22 KO’s) in the next two weeks on March 3rd in what Wladimir hopes will be a a much easier fight than his brother WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko experienced against Dereck Chisora last weekend in Munich, Germany.

Mormeck is ranked higher than Chisora at #9 IBF, #10 WBA, #10 WBO compared to Chisora’s #14 WBC, and has better hand speed, and arguably better boxing skills. Mormeck’s power is about equal to Chisora. The main differences between Chisora and Mormeck is Chisora’s heavier weight at 245 compared to the 215 pound Mormeck; his younger age at 28 compared to the 39-year-old Mormeck and his height. But Mormeck is still about as Chisora and could give Wladimir a lot of problems if he’s able to get inside on Wladimir and or wear him down the way that Chisora did with Vitali.
