WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao recently created a great deal of disturbance in the boxing community when he said he didn’t think he was right for him to be hurting people when he’s following in god’s word. Here’s the exact quote from examiner.com “It’s not right that I share God’s word and at the same time hurt other people.

It sounds like Pacquiao could be retiring from boxing real soon if he’s serious about not wanting to hurt other people. He supposedly wants to be a bible ambassador to share the words of the bible with people. Whatever the case, this could mean that Pacquiao’s next fight against Timothy Bradley on June 9th will be Pacquiao’s last fight of his career unless he was just talking without being serious about it.

No! This fight is his biggest pay day. He will want more.

No... he can't... he means so much to people, especially Filipinos. He is an international role model to people, there might be mass suicides if he retires. I really hope not, but it is his life, and his choice... :(

I doubt it, he makes too much money to just retire. I don't see how he could turn down that kind of money. The rumor is he also spends a lot of it and has a huge entourage to support as well.

I think he will retire and maybe come out of retirement to fight Mayweather. It happens a lot in boxing and whips up even more attention.

The money involved is incredible, too much to turn down for any boxer.
