A trio of losses has signaled "The Ultimate Fighter 9" runner-up Andre Winner's exit from the UFC. Multiple outlets reported the news today, and Winner's manager, Wad Alameddine, today confirmed the news with MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com). Winner (11-6-1 MMA, 2-4 UFC) most recently fought at UFC 132, where he was soundly routed by former WEC lightweight Anthony Njokuani. That the fight went past the first round was something of a surprise. Njokuani badly hurt Winner with a barrage of punches halfway through the first frame and teed off on the Brit against the cage until it seemed a matter of course that the referee would stop the punishment. The call never came, however, and Winner and Njokuani fought to the final bell of the three-round fight. Winner, though, never got his stride back, and Njokuani dominated the action.
