Earlier today boxing fans finally learned who WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao will be fighting next and to no great surprise, Pacquiao will be fighting one of his promoter Bob Arum’s Top Rank fighters little WBO light welterweight champion Timothy Bradley on June 9th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.

As far as I can tell, this is going to be a horrible mismatch that will be about as entertaining as watching someone beat an old rug hung on a fence. Bradley is too weak, too slow and too small to compete with Pacquiao. I don’t see Pacquiao as a great fighter or anything but he’s at least good enough to beat Bradley with ease.

But what gets me is this mismatch that Arum has put together will be shown on pay per view with an asking price of $55-60. Do you think this fight is worth that? Unless Arum is giving away a complimentary free fight for me to see, I’m not going to pay a dime to see this mismatch.

Yes, but agreed, not for the ridiculous price that they are selling it for.

I don't think any PPV is really worth the price, aside from maybe Pacquiao/Mayweather. Still, it's a good fight and probably the best one that could be made for Pacquiao. Bradley is a hungry young champion that's never been defeated. He should give Pacquiao some trouble and he certainly has a chance of winning the fight.

I wouldn't pay to see it but I wouldn't pay to see any fight. Why pay when you can watch for free online?
It will be an interesting fight, Bradley is overrated but Pacquiao has decline in his past two fights.

Believe it or not some of us doesn't have fast enough internet to watch it online. The fastest internet I have avaliable in my area is satellite. 3/4 of a mile down the road high speed is available, but not in my area. Oh well..

I agree PPV fights are getting way to expensive.

it is yeah, imo this will be a competative fight, Bradley has an awkward style with his head coming into play because of it. interesting to see how Pac can negotiate this
