Former four time world champion 32-year-old Jorge Arce (60-6-2, 46 KO’s) dominated Lorenzo Parra (31-4-1, 18 KO’s) on Saturday night in their rematch, stopping him in the 5th round at the Palenque del FEX, Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. Arce, looking to clear up a 10 round draw he fought with Parra in September 2009, knocked him down four times in the fight before the bout was eventually halted in the 5th. Arce knocked Parra down once in the 3rd round, then twice in the 4th and a final knockdown in the 5th. Parra couldn’t handle Arce’s relentless pressure and fierce body shots.
