I read your post. You say you want to start small and work up. Is your experience street fighting? That's how I started as a youth and graduated to pub brawls, away matches, and then organised scraps for money. I remember a fight some years ago arranged by some pikies down South. The toughnuts that were scrapping got into a garage pit and slugged it out, the winners of the scraps went in against each other at the end until the last man was standing. A dozen blokes battling it out. My most memorable fight was with a pub bouncer called Richard down in Southend on Sea in 2001. He worked at the Papillion pub on the sea front - he was Hard! I enjoyed that one.
